Returns / Exchanges

We are happy to do returns/exchanges on non-personalized jewelry (exceptions below),
less any shipping fees. If we sent the wrong item those fees will be waived.

• No returns or exchanges on personalized items as they are final sale.

• Earrings are final sale and not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons.

• Personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

 Returns require an RMA form and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

All return items must be unworn and sent back in the original packaging to be eligible
for return. Items that are damaged or altered will not be accepted for return.

Buyer is responsible for returning the item to us. We recommend sending with tracking.
We are not responsible for lost returned packages.
 

We are happy to lengthen or shorten your necklace for a small fee.

Exchanges will be charged a $4 reship fee to send the item back to you.

Please email us for a return/exchange RMA form that must be included with your order.
Items sent without this form will be rejected.
